The MIREVU team is in the process of establishing the company in Portugal and operates under applicable European Union law. The responsible contact is:

These terms govern the website, assessments and MIREVU services. A specific proposal or contract prevails in a conflict.
2. Website and Growth Score
Content and automated results are informational, do not guarantee business outcomes and are not legal, tax or financial advice.
3. Services and payment
Scope, price, taxes, timing, renewals and cancellation are stated before purchase. No paid service starts without clear acceptance. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide lawful and accurate information, hold rights to submitted material and approve content where agreed.
5. Intellectual property and handover
When a pilot or paid agreement ends and the customer does not continue, MIREVU will hand over free of charge the standard domain registered for the customer, website files, the theme to the extent it is transferable, customer content and website data. The handover excludes MIREVU proprietary methods, internal tools and shared components, and third-party licences that cannot legally or contractually be transferred. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing services end with the agreement unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or third-party decisions.
7. Law and disputes
Applicable EU law and mandatory national rules apply. Consumers retain access to competent dispute-resolution bodies and courts.
